The service

CountIn is a habit tracker with shared pacts, provided by Philipp Trinh. You may use it on your own devices for your own purposes.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the content you put into it — habit and pact names are visible to the people you share a pact with. Do not use them for anything unlawful or abusive. We may suspend an account that does.

Premium

Solo tracking and your first LinkUp are free, and joining someone else's pact is always free. Premium unlocks unlimited LinkUps, and is sold in two forms.

The monthly and annual plans are subscriptions. They are billed through the App Store or Google Play, renew automatically until cancelled, and are cancelled in your Apple or Google account settings.

The lifetime plan is a single payment. It does not renew, and there is no subscription to cancel. "Lifetime" means for as long as CountIn is offered — it is not a promise that the service runs forever.

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their policies, not by us. That applies to both forms.

Ending it

Delete your account in the app at any time. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing; it does not refund the period already paid for. A lifetime purchase has nothing to cancel, and deleting your account does not refund it — refunds go through Apple or Google either way.

No warranty, and what we are liable for

CountIn is provided as is. It is a habit tracker, not medical, psychological or professional advice. We are liable without limit for injury to life, body or health and for intent and gross negligence; for slight negligence only where an essential contractual obligation is breached, and then limited to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act is unaffected.

Changes

We may change these terms; material changes are announced in the app or by email before they take effect.

Governing law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory law in your country of residence. Questions: [email protected].
